BLOOD TESTS
Requests for blood tests need to be cleared with one of the medical team before a booking will be made.
Patients cannot self-refer for blood tests.
Our admin team have been instructed to clear any requests for bloods with the doctor before arranging appointments for blood tests.

BLOOD TEST RESULTS
Please ring our nurse on 087 976 7392 for your blood results Monday to Thursday from 1230 to 1pm

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Repeat prescriptions need to be requested in writing to reduce the risk of prescribing errors
When you next require a longterm prescription please remember
This can be ordered using our prescriptions tab above
Or you can write to us with your list of medications
The reception staff in both surgeries can print a list for you to tick and sign
Then drop the list or form in, post it fax it or ask your chemist to send it
